Traditional forgings
The company continues the long tradition of forgings production in Hošťálková near Vsetín (Czech Republic). Our company provides complex services in the production of closed die forgings, from the design of the forging process, through the production of forging tools to heat treatment and final surface treatment by shot blasting.
Machine processing
We also can offer forging machining technology. Our specialization is the production of forgings from bearing steel, but we also process carbon, alloy, structural and stainless steels. Our production capabilities range from 0.5 kg to 12 kg. The capacity of the forging plant is 10 thousand tons per year.
Our customers
Our customers are mostly companies in the EU (about 40% of the market is now in Germany). These are companies from the automotive (also trucks) and other engineering sectors. We produce a wide range of closed die forgings which are then used in automotive, agricultural machinery, hydraulic equipment and other areas of industry.
